If you're gonna make a spell caster deck you're gonna want to have this card in your deck. Being able to stop you opponent from using spell cards if you control a spell caster monster and they don't. How awesome is that. Just make sure you always have a spell caster on the field though or your field card will backfire on you since you won't be able to you any spell cards if you don't have one on the field. Great way to lock down decks that you know don't have any spell caster monsters. You can then lock them don't even more by using royal decree or jinzo to stop their traps as well. Great Field card for the spell casters!!!
