This review is going to be just like the model kit a mixed bag.
The Good: I enjoyed building the kit it was very entertaining I am very impressed with the Engineering of Bandi. How they are able to make everything work is just amazing. The sculpt on this model is excellent. The internal skeleten a joy to figure out and construct.
The Bad: The model has too many weak points where things constantly fall off even with light handeling, this makes it difficult to pose.
The Ugly: The Beam Javelon is clear not pink at the end, the skirt armor falls off if you look at it wrong. Mine fell over from a standing position and Shiiii er mmm Parts went flying everywhere the very top of the camera housing on top of the head is still missing and the clear plastic underneath cracked and broke into two pieces all of this due to tipping over.
Recomendations: use glue with this kit to hold the parts togother work with it after assembly and you will know which ones.
I am really dissapointed in this model the sculpt is fantastic but the structural integrety is terrible.
2011-10-12 update I found the missing part, while I was putting it back on I re remembered yet another hidious flaw the arms do not straighten all the way when they do the pathetic hand attachments pop off. This model is an embarrasement for Bandi and is severly overpriced all across the web. Building a ZakuII extra coating presently siimple build but the design is far better.
Look at the OYW or KAI VERSION of this model for satisfaction. Economic times are telling the story for this poor model. Very sad It could have been much more than just cheap!
This fully assembled model currently is in its box I do not care if this fragile piece of junk ever sees the light of day again!

Ultimate product after build is... yes it's just OK. However don't judge the book by its cover, this guy has the BEST inner frame of any gundam kits I have ever built. So much opposability, so much detail, it just looks great without the armor, I'm thinking of taking the armor off and just display its inner frame. I'm not saying that it looks awful with its armor on, on the contrary it looks just perfect, its anime accurate, but too plain for my taste, maybe a few more air vents here and there or a few extra panel lines like what we get with the newer RG would be nice would have made this kit much better. So was it worth my money? YES! oh YES, what I paid for this I would have been willing to pay for just the spectacular inner frame.
If you are a fan of Gundam... kit is a must, if you have fun building due to the engineering that goes in these kits buy it, if you are more into the ultimate looks of a kit when its already built, well then you might want to go with the RG or the OYW version instead.

the design for the model itself is superb. Building it was extremely entertaining and it is one the best models i have built. I was satisified in the condition I recieved the model and in the time it took to arrive.
