This model is from Gundam 00. It is a "snap on" model. It is great because you do not have to be a pro to assemble this. It looks AWESOME when finished and much more if you choose to paint it. It is a very good price considering the perfect grade models 1/60 scale will cost 130 to 200 bucks !!(ouch.)
The quality is great and you can use frame the box art also. I recommend to watch the anime.

this gundam model 1/60 exia is really cool. it looks REALLY good and its really cheap for a 1/60 model - around [...] dollars. (average is about (150-250 but the detail in this model isnt quite as good as other 1/60 models. this is a great model for beginners and if you just wanted one gundam model, YOU MUST BUY THIS ONE! if you are collecting gundam model, you can start with this one but i recommend buying the 1/100 first.

Well this was my first 1/60 scale model. I didn't want a PG because I don't care for the inner frame. I did want something bigger and this was it. Unfortunetly it has the worst proportions I've seen. The head is too small. The hands are as big as it's head.
The legs are HUGE, bulky, and longer than they should be. If you take off the feet, that is about how long they should be in relation to the rest of the body. Was debating on trying to cut off sections of the leg and glue them together to make them shorter, but was afraid of durability.
Proportion problems don't seem to happen with all the newer models within the last few years. If you buy an newer one, they usually look right. Even the cheapest HG's now, look good. I don't get how they could mess this up, but as I said earlier, the older models look funny.
In the end that was an good time waster, if not more expensive than I think it should be. I painted it, so I spent about a week and a half on it. I personally wouldn't buy this because the proportions bother me too much to even look at it.

For a gundam in 1/60 size, the price was wonderful. Even thought it was not as much detail as the MG, it gave me a lot of fun. And u can do a lot of nice post with it. A good buy for sure.

very model for fans. easy to put to. would recommend detailing to make it look better.
